Why does the electric shock when touching a USB port while the computer is running.

This is because of an underground fault in the power supply to the computer. This error also occurs when supplying power via a ups if so, the reason is the power inside the ups lack of underground wire in the supply cable or failure to properly ground the home’s electrical system.

To avoid this error,

    1.Power cord that supplies power to the system unit use a three-pronged power cord.

    2.If the power is received through a UPS also a power cord with three pins use.

    3.Check the house electrical system.

    4.check your computer inside.
